A dedicated Arsenal football fan finds his all-consuming obsession with the club tested when he falls in love with a woman who has little patience for his single-minded devotion. Based on Nick Hornby's memoir, the film is a bittersweet romantic comedy set against the backdrop of Arsenal's unlikely 1989 league title win.
