Sunnyside Beach

Sunnyside Beach lies within Cullykhan Bay on the Aberdeenshire coast of Scotland, near the village of Pennan and Troup Head. The sandy beach is overlooked by the ruins of Fort Fiddes, an 18th-century fortification, and dramatic sea cliffs popular with seabirds. It is a relatively secluded spot, reached by a footpath from the clifftop car park. Its remote, scenic coastal setting has made it appealing for filming.
