• Black Mountains

  The opening sequence on the 'Yorkshire Moors' was filmed on the road from Capel-y-ffin to Hay-on-Wye in the Black Mountains of South Wales, where David and Jack are dropped from a sheep-wagon and attacked.

• Clink Street

  The film's final confrontation and police chase were filmed in Clink Street, Southwark, where a false wall was built at Pickfords Wharf for the tragic ending.

• Piccadilly Circus

  The climactic mayhem sequence showing the werewolf running amok through London traffic was filmed at Piccadilly Circus, with some additional shots completed on a mock-up set at Twickenham Studios.

• Tottenham Court Road

  The scene in which a lone commuter is terrorised and chased through an eerily quiet underground station was filmed at Tottenham Court Road station in the early hours of the morning.
