Virginia Water

Virginia Water is a village and civil parish in the Runnymede district of Surrey, England, situated on the southern edge of Windsor Great Park approximately 4 miles south of Windsor. The village takes its name from the large ornamental lake of the same name within Windsor Great Park, created in the mid-18th century and now a popular destination for walking. The area is affluent and largely residential, with large detached properties set in extensive grounds, and contains the Wentworth Club, a prestigious golf and country club.
