South Parade Pier, Portsmouth, Hampshire, England

South Parade Pier is a Victorian pleasure pier located in Southsea, a seaside resort district of Portsmouth in Hampshire. Originally built in 1879, the pier was largely destroyed by fire on two separate occasions, in 1904 and 1974, and subsequently rebuilt each time. The current structure extends approximately 600 feet into the sea and has served as an entertainment venue featuring amusements, concerts, and events throughout its history. It is a Grade II listed structure and a prominent landmark on the Southsea seafront.
