Kenwood House is a neoclassical villa located on the northern edge of Hampstead Heath in the London Borough of Camden. The house was remodelled in the late 18th century by the architect Robert Adam for William Murray, 1st Earl of Mansfield. It contains a significant art collection including works by Rembrandt, Vermeer, Turner, and Gainsborough, and is managed by English Heritage and open to the public free of charge. The grounds include formal gardens, a lake, and woodland walks, and the estate is the venue for open-air classical concerts during the summer months.
