The Farmiloe Building

The Farmiloe Building is a Victorian commercial building located on St John Street in Smithfield, in the City of London. It was built in 1868 as the headquarters and warehouse of George Farmiloe and Sons, glaziers and lead merchants, and is notable for its ornate Venetian Gothic facade in terracotta and stock brick. The building has been used extensively as a film and television location, appearing in productions including Batman Begins and several others requiring a period London setting. It is a Grade II listed building.
