Southall
Southall is a large district in the London Borough of Ealing, situated in west London approximately 11 miles west of central London near the River Brent. The area is known for its large British South Asian community, particularly of Punjabi and Sikh heritage, and is sometimes informally referred to as Little Punjab. Southall is a major retail and cultural centre for the South Asian community in London, with a busy high street, market, and numerous restaurants, temples, and community organisations, and is well connected by the Great Western Main Line railway.
