Shinfield Studios

Shinfield Studios is a major film and television production studio complex located at the former Defence Science and Technology Laboratory site in Shinfield, near Reading in Berkshire. The studios, which opened in 2022, comprise multiple large sound stages along with extensive production offices, workshops, and back-lot facilities, making it one of the largest purpose-built studio complexes in the UK. The development was driven by significant demand for studio space following the boom in streaming content production. Shinfield Studios was specifically designed to accommodate large-scale feature film and high-end television drama production.
