Nant Gwynant

Nant Gwynant is a scenic valley in Snowdonia, northwest Wales, running between the Glaslyn valley near Beddgelert and the Llanberis Pass below Mount Snowdon. The valley contains two lakes, Llyn Gwynant and Llyn Dinas, and is surrounded by some of the most dramatic mountain scenery in Wales, with Snowdon and the Snowdon Horseshoe ridgeline visible from within the valley. The A498 road runs through the valley connecting Beddgelert to Capel Curig, and the area is a popular destination for walkers and climbers within the Snowdonia National Park.
