Mousehole
Mousehole is a small fishing village and harbour on the west coast of the Penwith peninsula in Cornwall, England, approximately 3 miles south of Penzance. The village is one of the most picturesque in Cornwall, with a compact granite harbour, narrow lanes of stone cottages, and views across Mount's Bay to St Michael's Mount. Mousehole is associated with the Cornish tradition of Tom Bawcock's Eve and is the setting of the children's book The Mousehole Cat, and the harbour is illuminated annually with a celebrated Christmas lights display.
