Loch Craignish
Loch Craignish is a sea loch on the west coast of Argyll and Bute in Scotland, extending approximately 10 kilometres southward from the head near Ardfern into the Sound of Jura. The loch is sheltered and relatively shallow, fringed by hills and woodland, and contains several small islands including Eilean Mhic Chrion. It lies close to the Crinan Canal, which connects Loch Fyne to the Sound of Jura, and is a popular anchorage for sailing yachts. The village of Ardfern on the eastern shore is the main settlement on the loch.
