Leadenhall Market
Leadenhall Market is a covered Victorian market located in the City of London, built on the site of a market that has existed since the 14th century. The present ornate structure of cast iron and glass was designed by Sir Horace Jones and completed in 1881. The market is known for its distinctive colourful paintwork and its shops and restaurants, and it remains one of the oldest markets in London. It is also recognised as a filming location for several major productions, most notably serving as a model for Diagon Alley in the Harry Potter films.
