Halton House, Buckinghamshire, England

Halton House is a late Victorian country house situated in the village of Halton, near Wendover in Buckinghamshire, now serving as the Officers' Mess of RAF Halton. The house was built in the early 1880s for Alfred de Rothschild in a French Renaissance style and is noted for its extravagant and ornate interior decoration. It stands in extensive grounds and has served the RAF since 1919 when the aerodrome and training camp at Halton were established. The building is a Grade II* listed structure.
