Haghill

Haghill is a residential area in the East End of Glasgow, situated between Dennistoun and Parkhead. The district is predominantly a late 19th and early 20th century residential neighbourhood of red sandstone tenement buildings typical of inner Glasgow. Like much of Glasgow's East End, Haghill has experienced significant industrial decline since the mid-20th century and subsequent periods of regeneration. The area is served by Alexandra Parade station and is close to the larger commercial centres of Duke Street and Parkhead.
