Farnham Common

Farnham Common is a village in the civil parish of Farnham Royal in Buckinghamshire, situated approximately two miles north of Slough. The village lies adjacent to Burnham Beeches, a large area of ancient woodland managed by the City of London Corporation as a public open space and nature reserve. The area is noted for its ancient pollarded beech trees, which are of significant ecological and historical importance, and the woodland has been used as a film location on many occasions. The surrounding area is largely residential and semi-rural in character.
