Cotehele
Cotehele is a late medieval manor house and estate situated above the west bank of the River Tamar in Cornwall, England, near the village of St Dominick and approximately 14 miles upstream from Plymouth. The house, which is largely unaltered since the Tudor period, is owned by the National Trust and is considered one of the least altered medieval houses in the country, having never been fully modernised with electricity. The estate includes formal gardens, a medieval dovecote, a quay on the Tamar, and extensive woodland, and is accessible via the scenic Tamar Valley.
