Cork, Republic of Ireland

Cork is the largest county by area in Ireland, located in the southwest of the country in the province of Munster. It has a varied landscape encompassing rugged Atlantic coastline, fertile river valleys, and upland moorland. Cork city, the county town, is situated on the River Lee near its mouth and is Ireland's second largest city. The county is bounded to the north by Limerick and Tipperary and to the east by Waterford and Tipperary.
