Borocourt Hospital
Borocourt Hospital, now known as Wyfold Court, was a former psychiatric hospital located near Wyfold, between Reading and Henley-on-Thames in Oxfordshire, England. Opened in 1903 as the Berkshire County Pauper Lunatic Asylum, the hospital occupied extensive grounds and comprised a large Victorian institutional complex. It closed in 1993 as part of the wider deinstitutionalisation of mental health services in the UK and the buildings subsequently fell into disrepair. Parts of the site have been converted to residential use, while other structures have been demolished.
