Pink Floyd's Roger Waters uses a fictional rock star named Pink as the vehicle for an allegorical journey through alienation, childhood trauma, fascism and madness, expressed through the band's 1979 concept album. Alan Parker directed the film, featuring animation by Gerald Scarfe.
