New Cross

New Cross is a district in the London Borough of Lewisham in southeast London, situated approximately 4 kilometres southeast of central London. The area is known for its strong association with arts and music culture, partly due to the presence of Goldsmiths, University of London, and its connection to the Young British Artists movement of the 1980s and 1990s.
