Hither Green Hospital

Hither Green Hospital was a hospital located in Hither Green, in the London Borough of Lewisham, south-east London. It originated as an isolation hospital in the late 19th century, built to manage infectious diseases, and later expanded its services over the course of the 20th century. The hospital was eventually closed and its services consolidated with other NHS facilities in the area. The former hospital site has since been redeveloped for residential use.
