The Punch And Judy Man
1963
Tony Hancock plays a fading Punch and Judy man working a cold English seaside resort, trapped in a failing career and a joyless marriage, with ambitions that never seem to materialise. The film is a melancholy study of disappointment and of Hancock's unique comic persona.
