Basingstoke

Basingstoke is a large town in north-east Hampshire, England, known for its modern town centre, extensive road network and mix of Victorian and contemporary architecture. Historically a market town, it grew rapidly from the 1960s as a London overspill development. The surrounding area retains rural villages and countryside. Its varied mix of old and new settings has made it useful for location filming.
