Weobley
Weobley is a small village and civil parish in Herefordshire, England, widely regarded as one of the finest examples of a black-and-white village in the country. The village contains an exceptional concentration of medieval and Tudor timber-framed buildings, with many houses dating from the 14th to 17th centuries. Weobley once held borough status and returned two Members of Parliament until the Reform Act of 1832 abolished its rotten borough status. The imposing ruins of a Norman castle and the large Church of St Peter and St Paul reflect the village's former importance.
