The Salt Path

Based on Raynor Winn's bestselling 2018 memoir, the film follows Raynor and her husband Moth, who find themselves homeless after losing their home to a fraudulent business partner at the same time as Moth is diagnosed with a terminal illness. With nothing left to lose, they decide to walk the entire 630-mile South West Coast Path, sleeping rough and carrying everything they own. The journey becomes a profound test of endurance, love, and resilience as they discover unexpected community and a renewed will to live. Directed by Marianne Elliott in her feature film debut.
