Seatown is a small hamlet on the Dorset coast, situated at the mouth of a narrow valley approximately three miles south of Bridport and close to the village of Chideock. The settlement consists of a beach car park, a pub called the Anchor Inn, and a small number of cottages clustered at the foot of the cliffs. The beach is a shingle cove flanked by dramatic cliffs and is dominated by the view of Golden Cap to the east. Seatown forms part of the Jurassic Coast UNESCO World Heritage Site.
