Chelsea
Chelsea is an affluent district of west London in the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea, situated on the north bank of the River Thames between Fulham and Belgravia. The area has long been associated with the arts, fashion, and counterculture and was a centre of the Swinging London scene in the 1960s, particularly along the King's Road. Chelsea is home to Chelsea Football Club's Stamford Bridge stadium, the Royal Hospital Chelsea, the Saatchi Gallery, and the Chelsea Physic Garden. The area is characterised by Georgian and Victorian terraced housing, boutique shops, and high-end restaurants.
