Gaddesden Place

Gaddesden Place is a Georgian country house near Great Gaddesden in Hertfordshire, England, built in 1773 to a design attributed to James Wyatt. The house is set within extensive parkland on a ridge overlooking the Gade valley. The estate has changed hands several times and the house has been used for various institutional purposes over the years. It is a Grade I listed building and notable example of late 18th-century English country house architecture.
