Dublin Airport
Dublin Airport is Ireland's principal and busiest international airport, located in Fingal, County Dublin, approximately 10 kilometres north of Dublin city centre near the town of Swords. It serves as the primary hub for Aer Lingus and Ryanair and handles the majority of Ireland's international passenger and cargo traffic. The airport has two terminals and two runways and is one of the busiest airports in Europe. It opened in 1940 and has undergone extensive expansion over the subsequent decades.
