Acton Power Station

Acton is an area of west London in the London Borough of Ealing, and formerly home to a number of industrial facilities including power stations serving the London transport network. The London Underground operated generating facilities at Lots Road in Chelsea and at other sites including substations and power facilities in west London to supply the electrified underground and tram network. Acton also contains the London Transport Museum's depot and various railway engineering facilities, reflecting the area's long association with London's transport infrastructure.
